Bij Green Energy Storage (GES) werken we aan de toekomst van het energiesysteem. Ben jij iemand die structuur brengt in complexe processen en energie krijgt van het realiseren van duurzame projecten? Bij Green Energy Storage zoeken we een Contract & Procurement Manager die onze grootschalige batterijopslagprojecten van start tot financial close vlekkeloos laat verlopen.
In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inkoopproces: van het opstellen van tenderdocumenten tot het onderhandelen van contracten. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe partners om ervoor te zorgen dat alle technische, commerciële en juridische afspraken helder en goed vastgelegd zijn.
Wat ga je doen
- Tender & Procurement: Je leidt het volledige tender- of inkoopproces voor nieuwe BESS-projecten en strategische equipment, van scope tot contract.
- Contract & Risico: Je onderhandelt over voorwaarden, garanties en risicobeheersing. Waar nodig ben je ook contractmanager tijdens de realisatie.
- Coördinatie: Je stemt technische, juridische en commerciële input af tussen alle betrokken partijen.
- Partnercontact: Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en EPC-partners tijdens tender en contractonderhandelingen.
- Procesverbetering: Je helpt onze procurementprocessen continu verbeteren.
Wie jij bent
Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en praktisch ingesteld. Je begrijpt hoe techniek, commercie en contracten samenkomen in complexe projecten en weet dit om te zetten in duidelijke strategieën.
- HBO/WO in Business, Engineering of vergelijkbaar.
- 5+ jaar ervaring in procurement, tendering of contracting (bij voorkeur in renewable energy of infrastructuur).
- Kennis van contractvoorwaarden en risicobeheersing.
- Ervaring met BESS, EPC's of grote leveranciers is een plus.
- Ervaring met UAV, UAV-GC, en projectfinancering is een pré.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om belangen te verbinden.
- Op je gemak in een dynamische, snelgroeiende organisatie.

At Green Energy Storage (GES), we are working on the energy system of tomorrow. We develop large-scale battery projects that contribute to a reliable, sustainable, and flexible electricity grid. Our team is growing rapidly, and that's why we are looking for a Contract & Procurement Mananger to ensure our battery storage projects sail smoothtly from concept to financial close.
Your role
Are you someone who brings structure to complex processes finds real satisfaction in enabling renewable energy or battery storage projects? At Green Energy Storage, we are looking for a Contract & Procurement Manger to ensure our battery storage projects sail smoothtly from start to financial close.
In this role, you are responsible for the entire procurement process: from drafting tender documents to negotiating contracts. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all technical, commercial, and legal agreements are clear and well-documented.
What you'll do
- Tender & Procurement: You lead the entire tender or procurement process for new BESS projects and strategic equipment, from scope to contract.
- Contract & Risk: You negotiate terms, guarantees, and manage risks. Where necessary, you also act as contract manager during a project's realisation phase.
- Coordination: You align technical, legal, and commercial interests between all parties involved.
- Partner contact: You are a our point of contact to suppliers and EPC partners, during tenders, negotiations and long-term.
- Process improvement: You help to continuously improve our procurement processes.
Who you are
You are analytical, structured, and practical. You understand how technology, commerce, and contracts come together in complex projects and know how to turn this into clear strategies.
- Higher education (HBO/WO) in Business, Engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, tendering, or contracting (preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure).
- Knowledge of contract terms and risk management.
- Experience with BESS, EPCs, or major suppliers is a plus.
- Experience with UAV, UAV-GC, and project financing is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align on interests.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation.
