We are looking for a dedicated Laboratory Technician to support our pre-pilot battery cell manufacturing operations. If you enjoy hands-on work with cutting-edge equipment and take pride in precision and efficiency, this role is for you. You will become part of a young, international, and ambitious team driven to make a real impact toward a more sustainable future powered by clean energy.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the production and testing of next-generation battery cells.

  • Capture and analyse production and test data.

  • Maintain equipment and ensure efficient lab operations.

  • Help create a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment.

  • Manage materials and inventory to keep production running smoothly.

  • Drive improvements in lab processes, safety, quality, and efficiency.

What do you bring?

  • MBO/HBO degree in a technical field.

  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Experience in a production, quality, chemical, mechanical, or electrical lab is a plus.

  • Knowledge of HSE practices in a lab or workshop environment is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and keen to learn new digital tools.

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and motivated to keep the lab safe, efficient, and continuously improving.

  • Eager to learn, adaptable to change, and reliable in delivering on commitments.
